Originally Brand Alacarte, from the French "à La Carte" (meaning: available to be acquired individually instead of as a bundled set choice with other preselected items) was designed to assist the models and designers/fashion-houses attending major europeans fashion trade shows such as TRANOI, ATMOSPHERE, CPD, IGEDO, ISPO, Harrogate BRIDAL, PURE WOMENSWEAR mainly in France, Germany and the UK...

Trade Fashion differs a lot from its catwalk counterpart. Indeed, there may be a tad bit less excitement or uncertainties, yet it is still fashion. "Fast and now" as usual. As a former trade show model, myself, fresh from studies, it all came quite naturally after my career was cut short. I was there, had the contact and the multi-cultural skills and great inside contacts. My fellow colleagues became my clients.

From an end to a new beginning, there was Alacarte.!

Alacarte Models was born, just like that.

A friend here, a colleague there and a happy designer somewhere

"à La Carte" recipe was set to conquer the new millenium ahead, named with a little help of the Parisian salon "Paris Sur Mode" PR team. Merci indeed the first models team was simply "modelsalacarte"
